For a Limited time, shipping is FREE on some of our scooter products. This includes some of X-Treme Scooters electric and gas scooters, pocketbikes, shipped by FedEx Ground. Helmets and other safety gear, mopeds and dirtbikes are not covered in this offer.
X-Treme-brand scooters ship daily via FedEx Ground services to the lower 48 states from the X-Treme warehouse near Des Moines in Newton, Iowa. Right upper center of the country. If you live near that area, often times you'll get it in just a couple days!
AK & HI must be shipped by AIR and those costs are additional and not included under any free shipping offer. We do not offer COD or partial payments. Air Rates for scooters can be found on the FedEx website by searching for rates from our zip code 50208 to your zip code.
Scooters are heavy objects. Expect approximately $100 for 2 day air. $155 for overnight (lighter is cheaper). We do not guarantee delivery date, but we try expedite and accelerate to send your order out.
Since our X-Treme items are mostly shipped by FedEx, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Please provide us with a physical U.S. address for FedEx.
We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. We do not ship X-Treme scooters to Canada due to strict customs laws.
E-Glide powerboards ship from southern California.
When can I expect my scooter?
Typical processing time for an order is 1 day for a Credit Card and 1-3 days for PayPal (depending on if you're an existing member). Shipping time is 1-4 days depending on location, with most states at 2-3 days.
We like to estimate 5 business days from the time of order to the time of receipt, just to be safe. Estimate 7 business days for large object orders. We do not guarantee a delivery date, but you can know that we're good folks trying really hard to get your scooter safely to you.
We update your order (and email you) with a FedEx tracking number after the order is shipped. You can login to your Scooter Jones account here.

Buyer Responsibility
Buyer must properly maintain product and routinely check fluids and inspect product to ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and all fasteners are secure before each ride. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.
Your Pocket Bike/Scooter/Dirt Bike requires regular maintenance (as frequently as every time after you ride). Please maintain your scooter regularly. The long-term health of your scooter is your responsibility.
The X-Treme Warranty
X-Treme Electric Scooters Manufacturers & Wholesale Distributors Offers a 30-day limited bumper-to-bumper manufacturers warranty on all scooters and accessories. The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. X-Treme will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping and handling costs.
We do offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries. If any battery should become faulty within 6 months from the purchase date we will replace the battery free of charge. X-Treme may require that old batteries be returned to us for exchange. If you have questions about our warranty, please contact our support department by opening a ticket only. A friendly representative will get back to you quickly. Our support department hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time.
Limited Warranty Details
What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Scooter Body: Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part that is a result of shipping is covered only if it occurred during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported within 1 day to be covered under warranty. Otherwise, the plastic/fiberglass body parts are not covered under this warranty. If, after careful inspection by our shipping department it is determined that the scooter was damaged during shipping (digital photos may be required by e-mail) , X-Treme scooters at it's discretion will supply free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter. X-Treme will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
3. Light bulbs & Fuses: Light bulbs are covered for 30 days only. Fuses are not covered and can be bought for less than .50 cents each at any auto supply store or Wal-Mart type of retail outlet.
4. During the first 30 days of the warranty: X-Treme Scooters will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter. X-Treme may require certain parts to be shipped back to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user / customer. Call tags will never be issued.
5. Extended Battery Warranty: If your battery becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date, we will replace the battery free of charge.
Pocket Bike & All Gas Powered Scooters Warranty: "Only manufacturer's defects will be covered"
1. Engines are not covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we ship the pocket bike to you. Failure to premix oil with the gas is not covered.
2. Pull starters are not covered. This item is expected to break after repeated use or excessive force. It is suggested that scooter and pocket bike owner keep 1-2 spare pull starters on hand.
3. Spark plugs are not covered. Spark plug wire is not covered if damaged from engine heat. It is suggested that each pocket bike owner keep 2 or 3 spare spark plugs on hand.
4. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Damage must be reported to us within 1 day of receiving pocket bike).
5. Kick stand is not covered.
6. Damage caused due to an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearings are not covered. Customers should take care to tighten the chain after each ride. There should be no play in the chain.
7. Battery (on super bikes & batteries in electric pocket bikes) will be covered for 6 months.
8. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration that occurs in gas pocket bikes with 2 stroke engines. Excessive vibration is normal.
9. Gas leaks are not covered since all gas leaks can easily be fixed.
Our X-Treme Scooters Return Policy

If you would prefer to call X-Treme technical support department, you can reach them at 641-352-5316. Technical support by phone is available Monday thru Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time.
We recommend you fill out a ticket, because it helps the support team to better solve your problem. They are not always easily available by phone.
Unapproved scooter & pocket bike returns are not allowed. Any scooter or pocket bike that arrives at the X-Treme warehouse without an authorized RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused. We will however during the 30-day warranty period, provide you with free parts, & free live telephone technical support, (1-641-352-5316) and our support department email ticket.
Scooter specifications are subject to slight changes without notice. We at Scooter Jones Super Scooters do our best to advertise the exact specifications, but most of these scooters come from China, are occasionally subject to slight changes from batch to batch. Unfortunately, scooter dealers like us have no control over this and we do not accept returns for slight changes in specifications.
All X-Treme scooter damage, including shipping damage, must enter the X-Treme Scooters tech support ticket system. Severe damage is rare, but it does happen (especially over the holidays), and 98%+ of all scooter damage is repairable within this system. That's why the system was created. X-Treme has all the replacement parts for X-Treme scooters. All X-Treme dealers are under the same system of repair through X-Treme Scooters tech support.
If scooter damage has happened to you, don't worry... we know it's tough and frustrating, we at Scooter Jones are on your side and will work to help get you the replacement pieces as soon as possible. We are trying to describe this process as clearly as possible. All X-Treme dealers are under the same system of repair through X-Treme Scooters tech support. Please take a second to take a breather and calm down and figure out the exact parts that are damaged. You'll need to gather some patience to move forward. Register a parts/support ticket here with an exact list of your parts needed and tech support will get back with you as soon as possible.
If you are only communicating by demanding a return, then X-Treme's tech support cannot communicate clearly with you. They can only respond that "unauthorized returns are not allowed." Please communicate clearly about your scooter's specific issues and exact parts needed, and you will be on your way to getting your scooter 'back on the road', or getting your scooter returned. Please read the X-Treme Scooters Owner's Manuals to assist in reviewing your scooter.
X-Treme scooters damage that occurs during shipping and handling is not covered by Scooter Jones. For all X-Treme Scooters dealers like Scooter Jones, X-Treme Scooters tech support covers basic shipping damage to the body parts, if it is damaged during shipping & reported within 1 day of receiving the scooter. If you have a problem, just check with X-Treme tech support to see if it's covered by opening a scooter support ticket.
You can also process a receiving customer claim directly with FedEx, as this can help get you the $$ to pay for nearby repair if you don't have the skills to fix your specific damage, once you get your parts from X-Treme. $100 claim limit on X-Treme scooters. If you are not sure if your product was damaged through shipping, please fill out a ticket at the X-Treme scooter support site.
Scooter Jones will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or refused packages. Scooter Jones will not be not responsible for your return shipping costs. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. We do not issue call tags. We will not take back a scooter because 'you changed your mind'.

Scooter Jones Super Scooters is not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers and urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to protect yourself while engaging in scootin'. Scooter Jones encourages, begs, and cares that you wear a helmet and necessary safety gear. Please use appropriate lighting while riding at night regardless of the legal requirements in your particular state. Potential customers, you should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about age requirements for riding electric or gas scooters on public streets. Some states may have laws restricting the use of scooters on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used on wet or slippery roads.
Please always scoot safely. Know your laws before you go scootin. We will not take back a scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.
