  Shipping Mopeds, Dirtbikes and Large Items

For a Limited time, shipping is FREE on some of our scooter products. This includes some of small X-Treme Scooters electric and gas scooters, pocketbikes, shipped by FedEx Ground. This also includes some Razor products. Helmets and other safety gear, mopeds, dirtbikes and large items are not usually covered in this offer.

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. We do not ship any scooters to Canada due to strict customs laws.

Mopeds, dirtbikes, mini-choppers, buggys are shipped by Roadrunner Dawes private freight and that's large object (expensive) shipping. Expect minimum $99 shipping cost and 7 business days for oversized items. Roadrunner will call you to schedule an exact time to drop off your large order. You need to have 2 large bodies available to help unload the truck. We recommend shipping large orders to commercial locations when possible for your convenience.

If you need to request to have the driver drop your order with a lift gate truck, this is also possible, and there is an additional $55 lift gate fee. Expect 1-2 days additional for lift gate service.

Mopeds, gas dirtbikes and mini-choppers are not eligible to ship to California. If you can ship and register the moped in another state, you can legally use the moped in the state of California. (weird rules, but they work for some of our customers)

  When can I expect my large scooter, dirtbike, pocket chopper or moped?

Typical processing time for an order is 1 day for a Credit Card and 1-3 days for PayPal (depending on if you're an existing member). Shipping time is 5-8 days depending on location, with most states at 5-7 days. Ex

We like to estimate 7 business days from the time of order to the time of receipt, just to be safe. Estimate 7 business days for large object orders. We do not guarantee a delivery date, but you can know that we're good folks trying really hard to get your scooter safely to you.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins.

  The Moped/Pocket Chopper/Large Scooter Warranty

Scooter Jones Offers a 30-day limited manufacturers warranty on factory defective parts only. The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover shipping damage, misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. WorldeBuy will pay for standard shipping costs on the first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping and handling costs.

Who pays for shipping to replace a defective item?
The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs on any defective item or returned product. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Items with free shipping are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. Since WorldeBuy and Scooter Jones are not the manufacturer, we share the shipping cost with the buyer. The buyer pays for shipping the defective item to WorldeBuy and Scooter Jones pays to ship the replacement back to the buyer.

Scooter Jones is a store, and similar to stores like Wal-Mart, we do not send a driver to your home to pick up defective items and we do not reimburse you for the time, effort, and money you spent to get your replacement or refund. The Scooter Jones customer service department will utilize their best effort to replace your item in a timely and efficient manner. What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
Scooter Jones is not responsible for shipping damages and we do not accept returns or provide refunds due to freight damaged goods. You should inspect your item for damages when it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company. Scooter Jones will assist and cooperate with you during the claim process, but it is your responsibility to file the claim, submit the requirements for the claim, and follow the claim through to its resolution.

  Buyer Responsibility

Buyer must properly maintain product and routinely check fluids and inspect product to ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and all fasteners are secure before each ride. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.

Your Moped/Pocket Chopper/Large Scooter requires regular maintenance. Please maintain your scooter regularly. The long-term health of your scooter is your responsibility.

  Our Moped/Pocket Chopper/Large Scooter Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins.

Support for Scooters and Pocketbikes (not X-Treme) is handled by the Scooter Jones support department. You can reach us at www.x-tremescooters.com/owning/technical_support.html and fill out a ticket and they will get back with you shortly. If you would prefer to speak by telephone, call our messaging service Toll Free at 1-877-412-8008, leave us a detailed message, and we'll call you back, usually within 1 day. We use a messaging system because it helps increase efficiency. We usually check it a few times a day.

We recommend you write us an email, because it helps our support team to better solve your problem.

Unapproved scooter & pocket bike returns are not allowed. Any scooter or pocket bike that arrives at our warehouse without an authorized RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused. We will however during the 30-day warranty period, provide you with free parts, & free live telephone technical support, (1-641-352-5316) and our support department email ticket.

Scooter specifications are subject to slight changes without notice. We at Scooter Jones Super Scooters do our best to advertise the exact specifications, but most of these scooters come from China, are occasionally subject to slight changes from batch to batch. Unfortunately, scooter dealers like us have no control over this and we do not accept returns for slight changes in specifications.

All X-Treme scooter damage, including shipping damage, must enter the X-Treme Scooters tech support ticket system. Severe damage is rare, but it does happen (especially over the holidays), and 98%+ of all scooter damage is repairable within this system.  That's why the system was created.  X-Treme has all the replacement parts for X-Treme scooters. All X-Treme dealers are under the same system of repair through X-Treme Scooters tech support.



What if my item has a manufacturer defect?
Scooter Jones is not the manufacturer; therefore we are not responsible for factory defects. We are willing to send parts to replace a defective item.

What if I want a refund instead of a replacement due to a manufacturer defect?
If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.

We can accept returns on manufacturer defects ONLY, within 7 days of the day you receive your product, provided the item is in 100% new condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with your return all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging, and accessories. You will be charged for the replacement cost of any missing items.

All returns must meet the following terms in order to be eligible for a full refund:

Items must be returned in 100% new, resalable condition
Returns must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets, and manuals
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be returned in unmarked condition
Return shipment must contain original invoice or copy of original invoice
Prior to any return, you must obtain authorization from a WorldEbuy customer service representative from our customer service department.
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, replaced, or refunded.
*Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted*
*Customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping*
*Returns are not eligible for a full refund if the merchandise has been ridden, used, abused or has any damage*
*Federal regulations prohibit transport of products that have been fueled; thus, we cannot accept returns on any fueled scooters, dirt bikes, ATVS, or other fueled products*

If scooter damage has happened to you, don't worry... we know it's tough and frustrating, we at Scooter Jones are on your side and will work to help get you the replacement pieces as soon as possible. We are trying to describe this process as clearly as possible. Please take a second to take a breather and calm down and figure out the exact parts that are damaged. You'll need to gather some patience to move forward. Send us an Email here with an exact list of your parts needed and tech support will get back with you as soon as possible.

If you are only communicating by demanding a return, then we cannot communicate clearly with you. Our support staff can only respond that " returns are not allowed." Please communicate clearly about your scooter's specific issues and exact parts needed, and you will be on your way to getting your scooter 'back on the road'.

Scooters damage that occurs during shipping and handling is not covered by Scooter Jones.

You should also process a receiving customer claim directly with Roadrunner Dawes private freight (or other private freight shipper), as this can help get you the $$ to pay for nearby repair if you don't have the skills to fix your specific damage, once you get your parts from WorldeBuy. Scooter Jones will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or refused packages. Scooter Jones will not be not responsible for your return shipping costs. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. We do not issue call tags. We will not take back a scooter because 'you changed your mind'.

Scooter Jones Super Scooters is not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers and urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to protect yourself while engaging in scootin'. Scooter Jones encourages, begs, and cares that you wear a helmet and necessary safety gear. Please use appropriate lighting while riding at night regardless of the legal requirements in your particular state. Potential customers, you should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about age requirements for riding electric or gas scooters on public streets. Some states may have laws restricting the use of scooters on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used on wet or slippery roads.

Please always scoot safely. Know your laws before you go scootin. We will not take back a scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.
